Immersion (2-4 weeks)

Gemba walk with your teams. Flow mapping. Listening for irritants. Lean & Denovation diagnosis: what to prune, what to protect.

Framing (Hoshin)

Cascade strategic plan: 3 priorities, 3 indicators, 3 rituals. Close before opening.

Operational rollout

Standards, A3s, visual management. Individual coaching for managers. We install — we don’t impose.

Self-sufficiency

Progressive transfer to your internal teams. Internal Lean coaches trained. Clean exit — transformation continues without me.
